Campus Safety & ID Lanyards
At RGS Guildford Dubai, safeguarding is a shared responsibility. All parents, staff, and authorised visitors must wear a clearly visible, colour-coded ID lanyard while on campus. These lanyards are essential for access control and ensure everyone on site is accounted for. Please have your lanyard ready before your child’s first day, as access to key areas including pick-up zones and activity spaces will not be permitted without it.
Tuck Shop Café Catering
Our onsite dining is proudly delivered by the Tuck Shop Café, offering more than just meals while supporting healthy habits, independence, and a sense of community.
With a rotating, nutritious menu tailored to diverse tastes and dietary needs, pupils enjoy freshly prepared meals each day. FS1 to Year 3 follow a pre-order meal plan, while pupils in Year 4 and above use a pay-as-you-go top-up card system.

Uniform Guidelines
At RGS Guildford Dubai, our uniform reflects pride, belonging, and shared identity. We uphold high standards that support comfort, confidence, and readiness to learn.
Our guide includes fitting advice, supplier details (Trutex), and full uniform requirements from daily wear and PE kits to games, swimming attire, and accessories. For jewellery and dress code specifics, please refer to the Handbook section.

School Bus Service
In partnership with Arab Falcon, our school transport service ensures peace of mind. With GPS tracking, trained drivers, and dedicated Bus Nannies, every journey is managed with precision, care, and the highest safety standards.
iSAMS Parent Portal
The iSAMS Parent Portal is your one-stop hub for school communication. Access timetables, reports, attendance, announcements, and more all in one place.
Your login also gives access to Tuck Shop Café catering, ECA sign-ups, and Parent Teacher Consultation bookings.
If you already have a child at RGSGD, your existing account will automatically link to your new enrolment.
Medical Forms and Vaccination Records
To ensure your child’s safety and care, the Dubai Health Authority requires all new students to submit completed medical forms and updated vaccination records before starting school.

The Friends of RGSGD
The Friends of RGSGD play a key role in connecting home and school life. As a parent at RGS Guildford Dubai, you’re part of a welcoming community. Those interested in volunteering are invited to join this network, helping enrich school life through collaboration and celebration.
They organise coffee mornings, information sessions, and volunteer events to build strong relationships among families and staff. Whether you join a committee, help at events, or simply take part, Friends of RGSGD is a great way to get involved.
Transfer and Leaving Certificates
Accurate school registration documents are required for KHDA registration when joining from another school in Dubai or abroad.
All students enrolling from FS1 to Year 10 must provide an official KHDA Transfer Certificate if previously registered in Dubai. This is issued by the current school after the last day, with a fee of AED 126.
