Welcome to King’s

Thank you for visiting the King’s College Doha website. All of the information included within the pages will provide you with an insight into the outstanding British education we offer at the school. We provide families living and working in Qatar with a nurturing, yet challenging school environment, which is committed to providing outstanding teaching and effective learning. KCD is a purpose-build school with first class facilities. Our outstanding academic programme is underpinned by exceptional pastoral care which is focused on developing learners who are happy, caring, confident and curious.

KCD brings 140 years of educational excellence to Qatar as the first international offer of the prestigious King’s College Taunton, in the UK. We bring the only Prep-School educational offer to Qatar; this Prep-School curriculum allows for specialist teaching to be introduced at a younger age, allowing pupils to grow and develop as independent learners within a supportive school community.

As Principal of KCD, along with the pupils, staff and current parents, we are all very proud of everything that KCD has to offer and we love to welcome prospective families to visit the school. If you would like to come along to the school for a visit please follow our Open Apply link to reserve your place on a school tour.

We look forward to welcoming you to King’s College Doha.
