School Fees for Academic Year 2025-26

Tuition Fees and Payment Terms
Tuition Fees & Payment Schedule
Tuition fees can be paid in full at the start of the academic year or in three termly instalments, payable in advance of each term. The full term's fees are payable before a child can be admitted to the school. Our fees for the 2025/26 academic year have been rigorously reviewed and are subject to change based on Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) approval. Tuition fees do not include school lunches, transportation, educational trips, or extracurricular activities with external providers. Some external extracurricular activities may incur additional charges.
Re-enrolment Fees
A non-refundable re-enrolment fee of QAR 2,000 is required for returning students in all year groups to reserve their place for the upcoming academic year. This fee is deductible from the first term’s tuition fees. Please note that a student's place is guaranteed only after this fee is received and, in all cases, the place will be released no later than 31st May of the preceding academic year if the fee is not paid.

Application, Assessment & Deposit
For all new students, a one-off, non-refundable Assessment Fee is required upon application submission: QAR 500 for the Al Thumama Pre-Prep Campus (Pre-School to Year 2) and QAR 300 for the Mesaimeer Prep and Senior Campus (Year 3 to Year 13). Upon formally accepting an offer, a one-off, non-refundable Registration Fee of QAR 2,000 is required to fully secure the place.
External Examination Fees (GCSE / AS / A Level)
External examination fees are applicable for pupils undertaking GCSE, AS, and A Level qualifications. These fees are not included in the annual tuition and are charged separately based on the number and type of examinations entered.
GCSE
- QAR 500 per linear exam
- QAR 250 per modular exam
A Level
- QAR 500 per unit paper
Re-mark Fee
- QAR 350 per paper (no charge applies if the exam grade improves)
Fee Policy Notice
All fees are charged in QAR and have been officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE). King’s College Doha’s school fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to MOEHE-approved adjustments. The school will endeavour to provide at least half a term’s notice of any changes. Payment of tuition fees confirms acceptance of the school’s terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) regulations. Should you choose to cancel your place after acceptance but before the term begins, the Acceptance Fee will be refunded save for QAR 2,000.
