Fees for New Joiners

Application Fee – QAR500 non-refundable – to be paid at the time of making the application.
Registration Fee – QAR2,500 non-refundable – payable on acceptance of the pupil and before she/he is admitted to the school.

Please note:

  • Your child is not guaranteed a place until the Acceptance Fee has been received and in all cases the place will be released no later than 30th June of the preceding academic year.
  • The full term’s fees are payable before a child can be admitted to the school.
  • Should you choose to cancel your place at the school after acceptance and before the term starts the Acceptance Fee will be refunded save for QAR 2,500.

Re-enrolment Fees

A re-enrolment fee of QAR2,500 is payable for returning pupils in all year groups. This is deductible from the first term’s fees and is non-refundable.

Please note that your child is not guaranteed a place until the Re-enrolment Fee has been received and, in all cases, the place will be released no later than 31st May of the preceding academic year.
